Discover contemporary uses of molecular biology research across anthropology, chemistry, biology, and physics through the Applied Life Sciences program. This multidisciplinary curriculum examines living systems at molecular and cellular scales, along with human-directed manipulation of biological processes, featuring practical experience via lab courses, research projects, and internships. Develop expertise in advanced molecular techniques, biotechnologies, and diagnostic approaches within our prestigious facilities, including the renowned Paleo DNA Laboratory.
The Applied Life Sciences program offers a Biomedical Sciences concentration, plus Biotechnology or Experimental Life Sciences specializations. Students may also pursue a unique dual credential through our Georgian College partnership, earning both an Honours BSc in Applied Life Science and a Biotechnology-Health diploma.

Some of our competitive programs may require a total score greater than 24.
