In our School of Kinesiology, you'll examine the scientific principles behind human movement and physical activity, along with their connections to health, wellness, and athletic performance. This comprehensive approach trains you to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams, delivering optimal care in various clinical environments. Combining theoretical coursework with practical training, our program equips you with skills to evaluate movement patterns throughout all life stages. For those pursuing professional certification, our well-rounded curriculum thoroughly prepares students to pass the licensing examination required to practice as Registered Kinesiologists in Ontario.
