An Environmental Sustainability education equips you to take on vital responsibilities in safeguarding our planet's ecosystems and biodiversity. You'll develop both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills to address contemporary environmental issues across Canada and globally. Our curriculum is recognized for cultivating graduates who combine ecological awareness with strong communication talents and analytical capabilities. The program prepares you to fulfill the increasing need for multidisciplinary professionals in various scientific and sustainability sectors.
Alongside fundamental Environmental Sustainability classes, your studies will encompass these disciplines: Biology, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Economics, Geography, Geology, and Natural Resource Management. Students can also participate in our Co-Operative Education option for work experience that extends beyond conventional fieldwork and research possibilities.

Completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD),
or Completion of Grade 12 and the Secondary School Diploma,
A minimum of 6 Grade 12U or M courses, or equivalent, including program specific prerequisite courses,
A minimum 70%* overall final average
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme applicants who achieve their diploma with a total score of at least 24 may be eligible for admission. Three Higher Level subjects must be completed. Prerequisite courses can be presented at either Standard Level or Higher Level. Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission. Some of our competitive programs may require a total score greater than 24.
Successful graduation from an academic secondary school program or equivalent (For most countries, the same academic preparation as is required for university entrance in that country is required for consideration. Refer to Admission Requirements by Country.)
