The 30-credit Criminology Certificate program provides foundational knowledge in criminology and related fields, along with career-focused education for roles in criminal justice organizations. After earning the Certificate, graduates can pursue the Criminology Diploma, Associate of Arts in Criminology, or Bachelor's degree (Major/Minor) in Criminology. To avoid needing additional coursework later, students should thoughtfully select their criminology electives in alignment with Academic Advisor recommendations and the University Calendar specifications for their intended Criminology program path.
