Students who excel in Huron's innovative Governance, Leadership & Ethics (GLE) Major acknowledge we inhabit an ever-more intricate, interconnected, and unpredictable global environment. They comprehend—or are committed to learning—the necessity for innovative decision-making frameworks and the impact of diverse leadership approaches. These students are eager to engage in public matters and enhance their neighborhoods and worldwide societies.
The GLE program equips students to thoroughly understand modern governance obstacles while cultivating skills for principled, responsible, and impactful leadership. GLE aims to shape Compassionate Leaders capable of addressing the rising need for moral and revolutionary guidance across business, government, and charitable organizations. Huron's GLE Major combines academic instruction, scholarly inquiry, and hands-on community learning to examine institutional conduct, public participation, and ethical considerations in leadership choices.
