Our comprehensive Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) graduate certificate program prepares students to become skilled conflict resolution professionals, whether as mediators or as advocates in various dispute settings. The curriculum covers diverse areas including community mediation, administrative tribunals, court-based resolution processes, employment law, family law, healthcare conflict resolution, and system design for conflict management. Through hands-on workshops and community involvement, students master essential techniques in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, applying these skills to resolve conflicts across personal, organizational, and institutional contexts.
This program perfectly suits both new graduates seeking to strengthen their qualifications and working professionals in fields like legal services, HR, insurance, community services, healthcare, education, social work, real estate, and public sector roles.
Graduates emerge ready for careers as dispute resolution specialists, conflict facilitators, community liaisons, conciliators, early resolution specialists, or labor relations professionals, with opportunities to practice independently as ADR consultants.
