The Early Childhood Care and Education program builds upon foundational theories of child development. You'll explore how to craft and deliver curricula that spark young imaginations, foster social-emotional and physical growth, and embrace diversity. You'll gain appreciation for the thoughtful planning behind children's play while discovering its inherent rewards

A portion of your training occurs in our on-campus early learning center at the Prince of Wales location.

Your studies will cover the evolution of childcare practices, examining child development milestones and their interconnected nature. You'll learn how relationships, play-based learning, and carefully designed environments profoundly impact a child's growth. Combining theory with hands-on practice, you'll know the profound satisfaction of positively influencing children and their families.
