As a Precision Machinist, you'll craft components that may serve crucial roles in aircraft, automobiles, surgical tools, or heavy industrial machinery. This program is ideal if you possess strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail.
You'll master interpreting mechanical blueprints and transforming them into physical parts, while gaining hands-on experience with lathes, drill presses, vices, micrometers, and milling machines to manufacture components with exacting precision.
Upon completing the program, you can pursue further CNC education by applying for direct entry into the second year of NBCC's CNC Machining program.
