This program helps Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) integrate into healthcare teams specializing in geriatric and palliative care. Participants gain essential knowledge and skills to improve quality of life and end-of-life experiences. The curriculum addresses client needs during life transitions by teaching contemporary theories and best practices in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
