This program is designed for students aiming to build a solid foundation in business through both education and hands-on experience. Participants will cultivate abilities in entrepreneurial mindset, market analysis, professional connections, financial understanding and strategy, digital and conventional marketing approaches, as well as HR planning and oversight. The curriculum covers corporate innovation, social entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving techniques, and fundamental business concepts to effectively establish and run a venture. Ideal candidates include those planning to join a family enterprise, launch their own company, work in small businesses, or drive innovation within larger corporations. A major practical component involves researching, creating, and presenting a comprehensive business proposal for a new venture.
