Grounded in robust theoretical frameworks, students pursuing the Entrepreneurship concentration explore the economic forces behind innovation and startups, financial frameworks, inventive approaches, and solution development.
This program suits individuals passionate about launching new businesses or driving transformative shifts within established organizations. Through the New Venture Design course, interdisciplinary teams comprising UBC Sauder School of Business, Applied Science, and other faculty students collaborate to conceptualize a business, create prototypes, and formulate the strategic plan needed to secure investment and potentially bring their venture to market.
