The Honours Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management bridging pathway enables graduates holding three-year advanced diplomas in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture Technology, Interior Design Technology, or Building Renovation Technology to advance their education. The T314 program serves as a degree completion option for Ontario college graduates with advanced diplomas in Architectural Technology or Interior Design Technology who aspire to earn a Construction Management degree. Students in this pathway must complete the third and fourth years of study to obtain their Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

This four-year Honours Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) program integrates theoretical knowledge, applied research, fieldwork, and practical training. Understanding that modern construction managers require both technical expertise and leadership abilities, the curriculum combines construction engineering studies with business and management principles.
