The Human Resources Management graduate program is a 12-month post-graduate course tailored for university and college graduates seeking expertise in HR. This intensive curriculum covers essential HR domains including talent acquisition, employee training, workforce planning, workplace safety, organizational psychology, financial fundamentals, HR principles, employee compensation, and industrial relations.
This Ontario College Graduate Certificate program serves as a specialized one-year pathway for post-secondary graduates to gain practical HR competencies. In addition to foundational subjects, the curriculum includes specialized training in HR software applications, Canadian labor legislation, strategic HR project leadership, and business communication skills.
