The Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Learning and Development (HRLD) equips you with essential expertise and hands-on training for thriving in HR learning and development roles.
The curriculum covers fundamental HR workplace operations before delving into specialized adult education and professional growth strategies, opening doors to diverse opportunities in HR, corporate training, and talent management.
To bridge theory with practice, students engage in a work-integrated learning initiative with one of MITT's industry collaborators during their studies.
An undergraduate diploma or degree, preferably in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Business or Education (includes MITT’s Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management*) from an accredited institution, with good academic standing. A minimum of 2 years of full-time relevant undergraduate level coursework from an accredited institution may also be considered.
