The Early Childhood Education (Fast Track) program offers an Ontario College Diploma through in-person, traditional classroom instruction. This accelerated pathway enables individuals with relevant diplomas, degrees, or professional backgrounds to receive credit toward the diploma, completing their ECE qualification in just 10 months.
This intensive Early Childhood Education (Fast Track) program caters to learners seeking a swift transition from academic study to professional practice. Participants benefit from an innovative combination of theoretical learning and hands-on fieldwork. Throughout the 10-month duration, you'll enhance your understanding and practical abilities regarding an early childhood educator's duties, play-based learning approaches, family engagement strategies, and curriculum development techniques. The practicum component offers diverse exposure to various age ranges and organizational settings, equipping you with versatile experience that enhances your professional value in early childhood education.
Upon completion, graduates will possess the expertise and competencies needed to support children, families, and communities within early learning environments for children aged birth to twelve.
