The two-year Biotechnology diploma (spanning four semesters) emphasizes key areas including cell biology, chemistry, physics, microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, proteomics, biochemistry, and bioinformatics. Learners will gain hands-on experience in Fanshawe's state-of-the-art Centre for Applied Research in Biotechnology (CARIB) and benefit from paid co-op placements that enhance employability.
Throughout this intensive program, you'll explore various scientific disciplines like cell biology, chemistry, physics, microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, proteomics, biochemistry, and bioinformatics.
