This four-year program allows students to choose courses that lead to earning both a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degree. Students can complete the first and second years in either order. With approval, the third and fourth years may also be taken in reverse sequence, excluding mandatory law courses: Compulsory Moot, Civil Procedure, and Constitutional Law (third year) along with Legal Profession (fourth year).

- Four-year Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study
- Degree granted by university of recognized standing
English language requirement:

- IELTS: 7
- CAEL: 70 with no band score lower than 60
- Dalhousie College of Continuing Education (CCE): A-
- Pearson English Test PTE Academic: overall score of 65 and nothing below 54
