This program addresses that gap by equipping participants with essential project management capabilities for launching successful initiatives. The curriculum blends technical expertise with leadership development, business acumen, and strategic thinking, particularly focusing on change management within project contexts. Graduates consistently show competence to: Oversee all project aspects including scope, budget, schedule, and quality while maintaining stakeholder-defined success metrics. Maintain alignment between projects and organizational strategy throughout their duration. Define project objectives, limitations, outputs, evaluation standards, monitoring protocols, and resource allocations through stakeholder collaboration. Apply PMI's comprehensive project management framework, including its methodologies, phases, and best practices to drive successful outcomes. Modify project approaches in response to evolving internal and external challenges. Foster professional, inclusive collaboration among team members and stakeholders to maintain productive project dynamics
Post-secondary diploma, degree or equivalent.
