This program builds upon previously completed diplomas or degrees in business, hospitality, tourism, or similar disciplines. GHM participants will develop crucial management competencies and operational expertise required in hospitality settings through both theoretical study and practical application. The curriculum includes earning certifications in BASICS.fst Food Safe Handler, Smart Serve Ontario, and WHMIS. Graduates will be equipped for supervisory or junior management roles within hospitality establishments. Eligible students may choose the co-op option, replacing the Guided Career Management course with a work placement.
