This two-year program specializes in restaurant and hotel operations, offering students comprehensive education that blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. It covers essential hospitality skills including personnel management, practical food preparation, guest relations, and financial oversight. Students may choose cooperative education placements in restaurants, hotels, catering services, or other approved food service establishments nationwide. The curriculum also incorporates subjects like business communication, digital literacy, sales strategies, and dietary science to prepare graduates for diverse industry challenges. The optional co-op pathway features one work placement.
