The curriculum covers kitchen operations along with business management essentials. This two-year Culinary Management program includes a distinctive paid co-op placement where you'll apply your newly acquired skills in real-world settings. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older with mature student status
