The PSW Fast Delivery is an intensive 24-week accelerated program demanding significant time commitment.

As part of a healthcare team, Personal Support Workers (PSWs) deliver personalized care to individuals and families at all life stages, in diverse settings such as long-term care facilities, community centers, and hospitals. Conestoga's PSW program equips students to become sought-after professionals who positively impact lives.

Students evolve from novices to practice-ready PSWs, assisting with daily living activities—including personal care, household management, nutrition, and family duties—as outlined in care plans. The curriculum emphasizes creating safe environments for all clients, including those with behavioral challenges, injury risks, or end-of-life needs. Participants earn provincial certifications in these specialized areas.

While primarily in-person, this hybrid program is available at multiple sites: Brantford, Guelph (Riverside Glen), Waterloo (University Gates), Stratford, Milton (Steeles Avenue), and Kitchener (Doon). Applications are accepted at all locations.
