Your true self grows from community connections. We draw inspiration from this. The Social Services Worker – Indigenous Specialization program equips students with knowledge and skills to assist, advocate for, and strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
Committed to helping students thrive, this program enables graduates to deliver impactful social services through an Indigenous worldview. Graduates will develop the abilities to tackle social, cultural, and political challenges while promoting harmony across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Through blended learning of theory, practical experience, and fieldwork, you'll gain the expertise to serve both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities in addressing systemic obstacles.
After finishing the program, you'll qualify for registration with the College of Social Work and Social Service Workers.
