This specialized program equips you with both Gas Technician (G3) licensing qualifications and Residential Sheet Metal Apprenticeship (308R) classroom training. The G3 certification opens doors to various construction sector roles involving gas equipment installation, servicing, parts distribution, and technical research. Residential sheet metal work focuses on installing systems in new buildings and upgrading existing equipment. Graduates become eligible to take the G3 TSSA certification exam and may receive credit for the Low Rise Residential Sheet Metal apprenticeship's classroom component if pursuing this career path. These combined qualifications prepare you for roles as a Residential Sheet Metal Apprentice, HVAC installer, or numerous other positions in mechanical construction trades.
