Delve into the scientific principles of human movement, wellness, and physical fitness. Our curriculum equips you with expert-level understanding and practical abilities to analyze, implement, and conduct health science investigations. You'll develop competencies to appraise, analyze, and create wellness initiatives that enhance health, fitness, and sports performance.

Combining classroom instruction, laboratory sessions, and field placements, you'll gain clinical expertise in rehabilitation and personal health enhancement. Utilizing cutting-edge facilities in collaborative settings, you'll work with diverse populations ranging from chronic illness patients to professional athletes. Qualified students may transition to Kinesiology and Clinical Exercise Physiology programs upon completing prerequisite courses with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Choose from three specialized tracks: The Honors program provides intensive research opportunities with professors, Athletic Therapy - Eastern Canada's exclusive CATA-accredited program, or Kinesiology and Clinical Exercise Physiology - designing therapeutic exercise regimens for medically complex cases. Each pathway delivers practical health science expertise with a concentration on wellbeing and physical conditioning.
