An Associate Degree covers the initial two years of a four-year university program. In British Columbia, universities guarantee 60 transfer credits to students who complete an Associate Degree. Admission requires meeting the specific Grade Point Average (GPA) set by each institution. Graduates become eligible to apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit in Canada.
The Associate of Arts Degree in International Studies offers students a comprehensive view of global development. This program also equips learners to continue toward a Bachelor's degree in International Studies or similar disciplines. Participants will develop a strong grasp of political, social, cultural, and economic matters from a worldwide perspective.
