Our Bachelor of Business Administration in Sustainable Business Practices recognizes sustainability as the gold standard for modern enterprises, equipping you with skills for this evolving landscape.
While emphasizing sustainability, this four-year program blends liberal arts, sciences, and specialized business courses. Our students consistently excel at the Western Canadian Business Competition - an achievement we attribute partly to our intimate class sizes that enable personalized faculty support.
This BBA program offers remarkable flexibility. Study at your own pace, full-time or part-time, through in-person or online formats. Tailor your education with specialized electives and join or leave the program at multiple entry points. You may even transfer relevant credits from other institutions to fulfill upper-level requirements.
Graduates completing both an Accounting diploma and this BBA at College of the Rockies gain direct admission to the Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) Professional Education Program (PEP).
First year:
Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
Minimum 65% in either English 12, English Studies 12, English First Peoples 12, ENGL 090, or equivalent.
Students for whom English is a second language must meet the College’s English proficiency requirements
60% in either Principles of Math 12, Applications of Math 12, Pre-Calculus 12, Math 12, Statistics 12, Calculus 12, Math 090; or a minimum grade of 65% in either Foundations of Math 12, Geometry 12, or Computer Science 12.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is recommended.
Those who graduate from a College of the Rockies Business Management diploma program with at least a 65% program average are deemed to fulfill the math requirements for admission to the BBA program.
English Language Proficiency Requirements:
TOEFL iBT – TOEFL Internet-based test: Overall 80 with minimum 13 in Reading, 21 in Writing, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking
IELTS Academic – International English language testing system: Direct entry academic program requirements: Overall 6.0 with no band less than 6.0; Conditional admit requirements: Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5; English Language Program pathway: Less than 6.0 overall
CAEL-CE – Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Test: Computer Edition (CE) score of 60 overall (no sub-score less than 60)
Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic): PTE Academic – Academic overall 56
