Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Internet of Things - System Architecture and Integration in Ottawa Canada | Centennial College

This course immerses participants in the vast network of connected devices called the Internet of Things (IoT) and investigates how IoT transforms our personal, work, and community experiences. Students will investigate the complete IoT framework while gaining insights into the moral and regulatory implications of this technology. The program analyzes multiple components that form IoT systems, including physical sensors and actuators that bridge the digital and physical realms, communication networks linking devices, cloud and edge computing infrastructure enabling global operations, and the programming that securely integrates these elements. Participants will discover commercial potentials within IoT and collaborate with industry partners to create, build, and implement practical IoT solutions.
