This program equips you for a multidisciplinary career supporting marginalized communities. You'll develop analytical abilities in areas like equity, anti-oppression approaches, sustainable solutions, grassroots involvement, resource identification, financial development, group dynamics, shared leadership, initiative coordination, investigation and initiative analysis.

The curriculum incorporates visiting specialists, educational excursions, and partnership initiatives with domestic and global nonprofits tied to academic evaluations. You'll be taught by dedicated instructors with varied professional experiences in community development and diverse academic training from local and international contexts.

A distinctive feature is the emphasis on applying concepts through practical fieldwork. You'll participate in hands-on internship placements with agencies, establishments and social ventures directly involved in community initiatives.
