Build IT solutions through a two-year program offering dual credentials. Within one or two years, you'll gain the skills for diverse career paths, from IT help desk support to software engineering. The Information and Computer Systems program equips you for local and global opportunities in database design, network software development, system administration, and software maintenance. This dual-credential program begins with a nine-month Information and Computer Systems Technician certificate. After completing another nine months of study, you'll obtain a comprehensive Information and Computer Systems Technology diploma.
The ICS program focuses on creating practical IT solutions while adapting to fast-paced technological changes. Students can enhance their learning with optional four- or eight-month internships. Completing the one-year certificate prepares you for local IT roles across various sectors, including programming, web development, and technical support positions.
By continuing your education, you can earn the diploma in Information and Computer Systems Technology. Diploma graduates qualify for technologist and technician roles, specializing in web/mobile programming, database systems, network software development, and network operations management.
