This program equips you with essential leadership skills, enabling HR professionals to strategically guide and impact organizational success. Hands-on learning opportunities grounded in Human Resources fundamentals form a key part of this curriculum. The School of Business has enhanced flexibility within its Business Administrative programs, building on previous achievements. Students can now advance through three credential levels—from certificate to diploma to applied degree—with the flexibility to pause and resume at any point. Those holding a relevant diploma from Camosun or another institution may qualify to enter directly into the degree program, potentially starting at second or third year based on prior qualifications.

Graduates of the BBA in Human Resource Management & Leadership find employment across private and public sectors as HR specialists or generalists, taking on diverse positions such as advisors, managers, directors, and supervisors. Students maintaining a B- average who maintain continuous CPHR BC & Yukon membership from their second semester (Post Degree Diploma) or third year (BBA) may qualify for exemption from the National Knowledge Exam [NKE].
