Apply your Technology diploma through our engineering bridge programs. Camosun equips you for an Engineering career and offers direct admission to third-year studies at UVic or UBC. The Mechanical Engineering Bridge program leads to third-year placement in Mechanical Engineering at either UBC Vancouver (UBC V) or UBC Okanagan (UBC O). Mechanical engineers create and develop machinery and products ranging from robots and vehicles to medical prosthetics, roller coasters, and industrial systems. Nearly any moving object or energy-powered device likely involves mechanical engineering in its creation.

This UBC Mechanical Engineering Bridge program spans two academic terms, starting in September and concluding in May, preparing students for third-year Engineering studies at the University of British Columbia the following September.
