Our millwright training lab provides hands-on instruction in assembling, troubleshooting, and servicing sophisticated industrial equipment used across mining, refining, forestry, and manufacturing industries. Students develop practical skills by working with hydraulic systems, rigging apparatus, and pumping stations.
The curriculum enhances existing competencies in electrical systems, mechanical components, instrumentation, and CAD while refining problem-solving and maintenance capabilities. The program includes an optional paid cooperative education placement directly aligned with your studies, allowing you to practice your skills in real workplace settings. Graduates earn a diploma that fulfills the theoretical requirements for three levels of apprenticeship certification, preparing them for diverse millwright positions throughout industrial sectors.
