Discover a world where engineering, electronics, and software intersect. Mechatronics combines mechanical engineering and electronics with computer programming, automation, robotics, and telecommunications, allowing you to develop innovative technologies. You'll collaborate in teams and work independently to cultivate the self-guided learning and cooperative abilities essential for professional success.

Employ computer-aided design (CAD) to develop, evaluate, and refine mechanical parts and systems in both 2D and 3D formats, then bring your concepts to life in our machining and fabrication workshops. You'll engage in hands-on research initiatives and refine your expertise through a culminating capstone project. Those who complete the advanced technology diploma may qualify for Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) certification through the Ontario Association of Certified Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
