The BCIT Human Resource Management advanced placement degree/diploma pathway is a nine-month intensive program tailored for graduates holding a degree or diploma who wish to pursue a career in human resources. Participants will develop performance evaluation frameworks, competitive compensation plans, recruitment standards, and staff retention initiatives. Upon completion, graduates can directly implement their HR expertise across various sectors. Those without prior degree or diploma credentials may be eligible for the two-year full-time diploma option.
