The Cyber Security Analysis (CSA) Ontario College Graduate Certificate program equips you with the expertise needed to address the growing need for cybersecurity specialists across both government and business sectors.

This program provides an analytical approach to core cybersecurity concepts, covering threat and vulnerability management, incident investigation, legal and ethical considerations in security compliance, cryptographic methods for data protection, cyber incident response, digital forensics procedures, and strategies for disaster recovery and business continuity after security breaches. You'll gain practical experience in choosing and implementing the most effective security measures for diverse situations.

Upon completion, graduates will have both theoretical understanding and practical abilities to evaluate, suggest, deploy, and resolve complex security systems. Using IT methodologies, you'll assess technical components and risk factors of security implementations, penetration testing, and vulnerability analyses. The curriculum also explores legal protocols for evidence collection, developing organizational security policies, analyzing potential risks, and understanding the ethical and societal impacts of security measures.
