This two-year Developmental Services Worker Ontario College Diploma program equips you to assist children, youth, and adults with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities in their daily activities, behavioral support, personal care, and specialized education. You'll help individuals with disabilities build skills for greater independence, community participation, and social integration.

Throughout your studies, you'll develop approaches to provide assistance while honoring each person's dignity and unique needs.

Combining hands-on experience with theoretical learning, the Developmental Services Worker program prepares you for diverse roles in educational, community, and social service environments.

Your coursework includes practical field placements where you'll apply classroom knowledge, gaining experience as both an Educational Assistant and Community Support/Residential Counsellor.
