Students must successfully complete Levels 01 to 04 of the Architectural Technician program with a minimum GPA of 2.30 and must pass ARC8404C (Working Drawing IV), ARC8424 (Methods and Materials IV), ENG8491 (Structure I) and CAD8415 (Revit II) each with a minimum grade of C+. IELTS - Overall 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5), TOEFL IBT - Total 80 (no score below 20)
