This program explores fundamental concepts in calculus and algebra. It includes both single and multivariable calculus, along with linear algebra, mathematical analysis, and modeling techniques. Open to all undergraduate students, this major may fulfill the NSW Institute of Teachers' certification standards for teaching Mathematics as a primary subject in NSW secondary schools.
Participants need to sustain a minimum GPA of 5 to continue in the program. Students falling below this threshold will be moved to the Bachelor of Information Systems degree.
