Building Design Management combines technical expertise with insights into occupant requirements, site conditions, and visual appeal. This program equips you with the ability to create cohesive, functional, and eco-conscious building designs.
Through the Bachelor of Building Design Management, you'll gain the competencies needed for leadership positions in 'Design and Construct' project delivery, while also preparing to contribute to complex architectural developments.

The curriculum covers the full design spectrum: from conceptualization and brief development to technical drawings, construction oversight, and final project delivery.
Students must have Successful completion of Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL internet-based score of 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 58 overall; No communication skills less than 50.
