This Master of Science (Leadership in Gerontology and Rehabilitation Studies) creates pathways for clinicians serving older adults or individuals with rehabilitation requirements. You'll gain the ability to critically assess elderly health and wellness, evaluate aged care policies, and cultivate advocacy skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and professionals across healthcare, social services, and community organizations. Unlike similar programs at other Australian institutions, this course incorporates a rehabilitation-focused strategy for improving elderly care services.
A recognised Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline, or equivalent.
International students must have formalised face-to-face arrangements constituting at least 66% of their coursework for compliance with ESOS legislation.
