The Applied Human Performance Science program takes a multidisciplinary approach, encompassing areas such as advanced exercise physiology, sports psychology, biomechanics and ergonomics, metabolic nutrition, exercise program design, workload tracking, and data analysis. Learners are urged to utilize their understanding of applied exercise and sports science principles to create specialized performance optimization strategies. Through comprehensive practical training, students will cultivate problem-solving abilities by addressing actual challenges. They'll acquire insights into selecting, safeguarding, and conditioning individuals for extreme environments. Alumni will be equipped to help people consistently expand the limits of human potential in recreation, discovery, occupation, habitation, and flourishing.
