This in-depth program investigates key ideas through a series of units focusing on human biology in the modern context, highlighting how genetic, developmental, environmental, and cultural elements shape human biology and behavior. In our interconnected world, recognizing and valuing both cultural and biological diversity is essential. The curriculum explores contemporary human biology, particularly how genetic, developmental, environmental, and cultural influences affect human physiology and actions. A distinctive feature of this program is its focus on building data analysis capabilities for interpreting intricate biological systems.
The comprehensive curriculum cultivates future-ready abilities including analytical reasoning, creativity, evaluation skills, sophisticated solution-finding, and coding proficiency. Additionally, students will gain versatile competencies for meaningful dialogue and collaboration with community organizations, government bodies, and industry sectors engaged in public health and social policy initiatives.
Entry requirements may vary from country to country. Students are required to complete an international academic qualification equivalent to Australian High School (or equivalent).
English language requirements:
IELTS (academic): Overall minimum score of 6.5, no band lower than 6.0
TOEFL Internet-based TOEFL (iBT): an overall score of 82 or above with a minimum score of 22 in writing, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 20 in listening
Pearsons Test of English (PTE) (academic): An overall score of 64 with a minimum score of 59 in the speaking and writing sections, and no less than 54 in the other sections
