Climate and environmental law represent some of the fastest-growing legal specialties today. This field explores legal matters related to conserving natural resources, controlling pollution, and managing urban growth and infrastructure projects.
This program suits both current environmental professionals and those aspiring to enter the field. Tailored for environmental experts from Australia and abroad, we welcome applicants with both legal and non-legal backgrounds.
Students pursuing a Master of Environmental Law must complete 48 credit points (8 study units). The program includes one mandatory unit - Environmental Law & Policy - while non-law graduates must additionally take Legal Reasoning & the Common Law System. Participants can then select from numerous specialized elective options.
