The ANU Juris Doctor (JD) is a specialized program designed for graduates from non-law backgrounds or those holding international law degrees. This curriculum includes both mandatory and optional courses, covering all academic requirements set by Australian Legal Practitioners Admission Boards for professional legal practice (after completing additional practical training). JD students can enroll in dedicated JD courses, select offerings from the LLM program, and incorporate a limited number of LLB electives into their studies. Flexible study options include full-time or part-time enrollment, with intakes available in both Semester 1 and Second Semester.
