The Master of Engineering (Sustainability and Environmental Engineering) is a graduate-level degree that equips you with advanced technical skills in sustainable engineering, teaching you to assess and develop solutions for critical worldwide challenges.
You'll undertake core engineering subjects along with specialized sustainability modules, culminating in either a research project or thesis as your capstone experience.
Additional elective courses will be available to fulfill your degree requirements.
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification, or
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent, and five years relevant professional work experience, or
the relevant University of Sydney Graduate Diploma in Engineering or Graduate Certificate in Engineering with a credit average (65 percent).
IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
