The Master of Engineering (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering) is a graduate coursework program designed to build advanced technical capabilities in chemical and biomolecular engineering, with a focus on industrial process design and oversight
You'll undertake core professional engineering subjects along with specialized chemical and biomolecular engineering units, culminating in either a research project or thesis.
Additional elective units will be completed to fulfill the program's requirements.
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification, or
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent, and five years relevant professional work experience, or
the relevant University of Sydney Graduate Diploma in Engineering or Graduate Certificate in Engineering with a credit average (65 percent).
IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
