The Master of Engineering (Automation and Manufacturing Systems) is an advanced coursework degree designed to cultivate specialized technical proficiency in automation and manufacturing engineering.
You'll undertake fundamental professional engineering subjects along with specialized courses in automation and manufacturing engineering, plus a culminating experience involving either a research project or thesis.
Additional elective subjects will be completed as necessary to fulfill the program's requirements.
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification, or
an Australian Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent, and five years relevant professional work experience, or
the relevant University of Sydney Graduate Diploma in Engineering or Graduate Certificate in Engineering with a credit average (65 percent).
IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
