For those passionate about animals, the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Animal and Veterinary Bioscience) delivers foundational and practical knowledge in animal biosciences.
This undergraduate coursework degree focuses on applied animal health, disease management, nutrition, reproductive technologies, animal behavior, welfare science, genetics, and biotechnology through industry-focused training.
Your studies will begin with core units covering essential scientific principles, followed by specialized coursework and practical placements in the Animal and Veterinary Bioscience stream. You'll also complete Open Learning Environment units and electives to fulfill the program's credit requirements.
In your final year, you can choose between two pathways:
