The Bachelor of Design (Honours) offers students who have completed an undergraduate design degree the chance to enhance their research capabilities through guided academic supervision.
This additional year of full-time study enables you to pursue specialized research in your chosen field, building upon the foundation established during your Bachelor of Design (Interaction Design) studies.

Qualification Requirements
All students who plan to undertake the Bachelor Design (Honours) submit an application to the University. Before applying the student must develop a thesis topic and have an allocated supervisor from the school's academic staff. Students should discuss their proposed research with relevant staff prior to applying for admission to honours. It is also possible to have an Associate Supervisor to share supervision where topics extend beyond the immediate expertise of the Primary Supervisor. Candidates who are new to the University should contact one of the Student Administration Centre staff who will put them in touch with someone to start the discussions.
To qualify to enrol in the Bachelor of Design (Honours) candidates should have qualified for the award of the pass degree, or a similar degree from another university that is acceptable to the University, or be a graduate of not more than four years standing. Candidates should have a weighted average mark of at least 70 for the pass degree.
TOEFL-IBT- A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
IELTS score- A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
